[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — shifting request being not taken care | |||
User id[protected], even though several complaints made and call made to customer care, only thing i get is will be sorted as early as possible. It never happened. They are ready to give new connection in 24 hours, shifting means they are not bothered. I have already paid for six months, if i delay to pay one day also they will cut the connection. So who will compensate for delay from your side. I m clearly making my point act beam people are only worried about getting new connections and calling for pending payments, they won't bother about existing customers who already paid looking for shifting or any other services. You guys are not able to service then refund the money i paid, will switch to some other service. For us 24 hours means 24 hours not 10 or 24 days.
