ACT Fibernet — took installation and subscription money for 6 months and absconded | |||
Respected Sir, ISP provider ACT Fibernet has conducted fraudulent business with me. I paid the firm around Rs. 9000 upfront for connection and broadband charges for 6 months. Post taking the money, the company and its sales executives have refused to provide an update on the installation status even though their guarantee is 2 business days. I have tried contacting the below officers from ACT Fibernet 1. NODAL AUTHORITY 2. APPELLATE AUTHORITY 3. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER All of them are ignoring my calls/mails. The company has now gone ahead and blocked my registered number from their helpline so none of my calls are getting routed to the customer care. I cant reach out to them to even get an update on the situation. Ive tried all forums like Twitter and Facebook - they are ignoring me and my request for refunds. At this point Im being subjected to great mental harassment as the firm has technically taken my money and refuses to give it back or provide their service in a timely manner. I have registered multiple complaints but they are not responding to me. Im afraid my hard earned money is lost in this scam. Was this information helpful? | |||
