[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Transfer of connection | |||
I have been using ACT broadband connection for over 4 years. I had requested for a transfer of connection from Babusapalya to Babusapalya on 14-April-2017. I was told that my request can't be taken because I don't have an address proof of my new address. I would have accepted this as a genuine reason, but they were ready to issue a new connection on my new address without any address proof. I fail to understand the logic behind this. Rules for address proof should be same for both transfer and new connection. When asked why this difference, the customer care executive bluntly said "This are our rules sir. We can't take your transfer request. If you want I can take a request for new connection and you can have the connection within a maximum of 48 hrs". Was this information helpful? | |||
