I tried a puchase from the site 'beatflows.com' on 27th dec 2019. I got cheated by recieving a local worthless wired earphone, instead of jbl tune 120tws truly wireless in-ear headphones, which i ordered and paid for. You people charged an amount of rs.1599, which i paid using debit card and has the proof for the transaction. I got a cheap worthless wired earphone instead. I complained several times through mail and have'nt recieved any reply yet. They have not provided any contact number to get in touch with them. Afterwards i noticed that many peolpe have raised complaints against them regarding thier fraudulent moves and robbery. I just dont need the wired earphone they have sent and i am ready to send the same thing back if they provide an adress. I need refund for the same.
I kindly request to look in to my consern and find me a solution asap.
