Beautifulsaree.com — fraud company. no refund. no response.

I saw advert of saree online and i received a different item. Price i paid is 1549/- including delivery. I received entirely different item. I contacted seller straight away but he is not replying my messages but he is reading it. I sent email on their email id [protected]@gmail.com as well but i have received no reply.
On whataap advert they said it is 5 days return policy. Their whatapp no.[protected]. I want to get full refund due to their improper service.
