Beeshopee — no product delivered but payment done | |||||
I have order a few items in online website called BHEESHOPEE(https://beeshopee.com) They have deducted the complete payment as advance during the order itself. They told product will be delivered with max of 7 days. There was a customer care no in the website, when we contacted them after 5 days they told you will get the products in another 2 days. Later after 7 days, I haven't received the products. Then I posted these comments in their FB page. After 10 days, we recieved an email stating your products will be delivered asap. After 2 weeks, they switched off all their mobiles, no reply in their emails too. I haven't received any invoice till date from them. Now we are really struck & I have paid almost 39000/-. No support & help from anyone. Already I have raised an online police complaint too(ref no: EUM[protected]. But no response recieved from them. Later I have raised a complaint with their payment gateway team (RAZORPAY). REF NO: Ticket ID - 1174017. But no response from them. Please help us.. More than 1000 customers has been cheated by them. File a Complaint
Whoever has suffered because of beeshopee.com can file a complaint on razorpay.com. They will negotiate with the vendor and will initiate a refund.
Steps:
1)Go to https://razorpay.com/support/
2)Click Raise a request
3)Select 'I am a customer'
4)Select ' 'dispute a payment' under What is the nature of your request?
5)Enter your payment ID (check your e-mail box for the subject Payment successful for Bee Shopee
)
6) Type your description and enter your e-mail id and mobile number
7)You will get a confirmation mail, once they have refunded amount
