This is with regards to ticket number 6493, as per which I have not received my refund for having attempted to recharge my metro card on 29th Dec 2020 and not having received that money in my metro card account.
Despite follow-ups at both the [protected]@bmrc.co.in mail id and after filing a physical complaint, nobody responds to this issue even after using the namma metro app to do the transaction.
