Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Online recharge not reflecting in smart car number [protected]
I have recharged of 200 rs the said smart card number [protected] on 31st October 2020 @01:56PM and I do have screenshot but there are no details mentioned..but it says transaction success and when I check in station it was not reflecting and the staff there asked me to raise online complaint .. please check and refund the amount or recharge it to the card.
