Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd — non receipt of newspaper

I have taken yearly subscription of economic times from from 5th march'18. However, since 6th june'18, vendor has stopped providing newspaper. I had called agent srinivasan ([protected]), but either his mobile is not reachable or he is not picking up. I also called vendor nagraj ([protected]) 4-5 times. He only assures that he will provide but does not deliver the newspaper
