I, Aditi Sengupta placed the order for subscription to The Times of India Kolkata edition on[protected]. cheques no are 892312 for Rs.579/- & 892313 for Rs.20/- of SBI Belghoria Nimta Branch dated[protected]. Cheques were cashed on[protected]. But till time I haven't yet received the coupon.. After so many follow up through phone (no.[protected]/[protected], mails(mail id-crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com) I have never got a positive reply from TOI. My complaint no. 1189685.

I, Abhijit Bhowmick submitted a cheque of Rs1099/- dt.26.01.2019 for Ei Samay & the cheque also has been realised from my a/c on11.02.19. For The Times Of India news paper ch. of Rs.720/- dt.28.02.19. also has been submitted. Still today no coupon is sent.
Please send the coupons urgently. RRE Name- Santanu Majumdar. Code 21634926. Vendor- Ashim Kundu Code[protected]. Depot code-KOYOY.
