Ber India — service issue

I booked my trip from the said location to perungudi. Driver called me and asked me to wait more than half an hour, he picked me and started arguing for payment in the mode of cash, instead of paytm.

I said no money i hand. I request to drop me because i am getting late for important meeting in office.

But drived refused my trip and cancelled the trip.
It's really worst service and made me frustrated.

More over for such misconduct from your end, you people has deducted, an amount from my paytm account.

All this is happening and you people are harassing to customer.
