Best Buy — didn't deliver my product

My self shravani one person from best but contacted me and explained about a deal called ramadan offer he convinced that i phone 8 plus is coming for 30000 as that is unlocked piece from the company. initially he asked me to pay 10000 for the shipping. i have paid initially 3000 on 21 st may
on 22 nd may he asked to pay 7000
he has given the tracking number GE84658IN
the very next day it is shown that hold in pakisthan and asked to pay 15000
i have paid 15000 to him on 24th may.
and on 25th may it has shown that hold for India port. asked me to pay 20000 i have paid 5000 stating i cant pay more.
in between asked to pay for insurance 15000 and i have paid 6000
and the next day it is shown that hold for tax asked me to pay 15000 and i
have paid 10000
now again he is asking me to pay 20000 for GXT fee.
till now 46000 has been paid to him.
but my product havent received yet. please help me out in getting my refund.
