Best Buy — No product and the person doesn't even belong to best buy

I saw an ad in a site named click.in in which there was a seller by the name of best buy who was selling one month old used iphones. The price was negotiable and so i dropped in a mail regarding the condition of the phone.The title of the ad was "Brand new original iphone 6s for sale AI".
he then contacted me on my gmail account if I am still interested in buying iphone. He then sent me a mail regarding the price list of the phones. he gave me the details of the an account to which i was supposed to transfer the money.
Now the whole scenario is that these people have fake bank accounts too in some of the reputed banks such as SBI. so, as you can see you cannot do anything regarding this whole scam as the real culprits are the banks. How can someone have multiple bank accounts that are fake.
then i transferred the original amount which was just Rs11550 for one unit phone. Then i received the email from him the next day saying that the product has been shipped and that the deal was to buy 3 iphones with which i will get a free one. for your information, it wasn't mentioned earlier anywhere. I told him that this is a scam and i wasn't told earlier anything regarding this. He said that he cannot do anything about it and that i need to arrange the money fast. In danger of losing the money, I sent him more money which was Rs34650 which was the total amount of money for the three phones. Then he sent me an invoice letter showing the shipment details but without transaction id. He then again demanded an additional sum of money rs7150 that i transfered him. The total amount reached rs 42000 before i could realise that it was a fake call.
I was assured that it can't be a fake account as all the account details given by him were accurate.
So, I tried to file a complaint against him to which i was told that they can do nothing against him.
So, all in all, I would like to say that it is the middle common man who will face the consequences and no other.
These people are doing it freely as they know that no one is going to complain about them and that even government officials can't catch them.
So, never transfer the money to anyone's account before analysing it as the banks can do nothng in this matter because you are a common middle man.
