I am raising this complaint against the product called “best phone mount” and website address is https://bestphonemount.in/.
The product mrp is 1599 inr and after the discount the product selling price is 499 inr. I ordered the product online may 2019 and COD ORDER NO.[protected] delivered on 29/7/19, But the order which i received completely different from what showed in the video and picture in the website product description.
I have sent email twice to “bestphonemount.in” support team and they asked me to provide videos and i shared the same. After that they said like “i would like to assure you that the product delivered to you is the right product and delivers on the promised results. It is possible that the product you saw in advertisement looks different but that is only for the purpose of dramatization.”
Even though i have sent multiple mail to support team, they were not ready provide the solution for this.
It’s seems, it’s fake advertisement and fake description provided in the website to sell the product. Can you please investigate the same and forward this to concern team to avoid to entertain or encourage such a fake site?
