Every day at 7.30 pm to 8 pm we are waiting for nivasi bus for half and hour.
By the time people will reached again to thane but from dombivli station to home it is taking more than half and hour this is really shameful for kdmt

Request you to please increase bus frequency for station to nivasi (Dombivli e) and take actions on these complaints as soon as possible.

I placed 2 orders 4th Nov total Rs. 5386. Order were cancelled and i was told money will be refunded within 5-7 working days, but its more than a month now and still money not refunded. Even after one month passed I did not received my paid amount back. Every time when I called to the customer care at [protected] only get a standard answer "wait for seven to ten working days your amount will be refunded"....
