Bewerly.com — ordered product not received

I ordered a product from bewerly.com which was sold at a cheaper rate. Payed amount through online because no cod was available.
They sent a message and email with order number. I dint receive any shipping details even after a week. I tried calling the contact /customer care number. It was switched off. Later i sent email enquiring about my order. They replied immediately saying that i will receive my order in 4 days. Still i dint get. Again i emailed and they responded saying that it will get delivered within 3 more days. After that no response through email. Email address not found. Such criminals and fake people trying to cheat us can await a huge punishment in the furure by god.
