I had placed an order for a PS4 Slim Uncharted 4 Bundle
on 28th December 2016 and had paid for it by an Indian
Debit Card. Due to some reasons, I had to ask them to
cancel my order and issue a refund. I was told that a
refund had been issued to my VISA Debit Card (that I'd
used to make the payment) on 1st Jan 2017 and that it
would appear on my account within 35
business days.
But its been more than a month and I still haven't received
the money. I was told to contact my bank which I did and
was informed that no credit has been received. Upon contacting the company's customer service multiple times, I was told that I wouldn't be offered any more help on the matter. I literally feel that I am being scammed out of my money
