Sr i made a payment of jacket but when i see a order history there is no order seen it was a cheated with me please refund my amount 349...

I have ordered for a HTC One E8 on Bhaap.com on April 15, 2015 vide order No.[protected] by making a payment through my credit card. However, despite of my repeated complaints thereafter on their website, I have neither received my product nor have they responded to any of my complaints. If i try to connect to them on phone then I get a standard recorded message that 'WE ARE BUSY, WE HAVE NOTED YOUR NUMBER AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY'....

I had ordered a toothbrush holder from BHAAP.COM on Sept 11 2014. According to their website, the item would be delivered within 10 days of the order placed. Product is ordered on Jan 30, when I call they are informing that the product is not yet shipped as the product is not ready from supplier side. Why are the advertising without the product in hand? Why are the taking order without any delivery plan? Call center is worst, not working after working hours, even if you give your number, they are not calling back...

This is with reference to my recent order on a merchant's website ref. www.bhaap.com .. The said order has not been shipped yet.
My concern is to stop/cancel/refund these transaction's as I made an erroneous purchase and do not need the product I've ordered.

Primarily, I've raised the concern to the merchant and they refuse to cancel my order and provide me a refund as per their policy.

I have ordered a Asus Google Nexus Tab 32GB from Bhaap on 11th Feb 2013. No response and fraud address and no communication at all.

I believe Bhaap is still searching down the atlantic for my titanic jewellery. I still wonder how regulators allow such a shopping portal to exist. I had ordered for a Nokia Bluetooth Headset on the 8th of February'2013 via online shopping from Bhaap.com. My order number is[protected]. I paid through my credit card a sum of Rs. 825 for the same. There is no sign of any dispatches from their end till date and even after following up with 3-4 mails, there is no response.
They even havent mentioned any customer care number on their website which is a serious disqualification...

Post this I have not got any communication from the company nor have they answered any of the numerous emails I have sent. I received the Sewing Machine on August 25 against my order No.[protected] placed on July 31 . However the machine has not been functioning properly since I received the same. In fact the light bulb got fused with in 10 minutes and after that it has not been sewing properly even for one single job.

I have placed an order with Bhaap.com vide order no.[protected] dated 9/25/12 for ₹2,397.00 and no.[protected] dated 9/25/12 for ₹1,598.00. Products were LED Diyas for Diwali.

Payment had already made to the company through credit card. They confirmed the order on email and the amount was also debited from my account. They have not sent me the product and are not replying to...

Made an online order for LG bluetooth headst with Bhaap.com on 3rd October 2012, subsequently sent 3 complaint/query mails to bhaap.com and received reply from [protected]@bhaap.com stating ticket numbers 1128, 1215 and 1339 that i will be contacted in 24 hrs and issue resolved. Till date nothing has happened, no contact, no product but have collected Payment of Rs.1995/- upfront....
