[Resolved]  Bhadra Gas Agency — Message received as cylinder was delivered and subsidy was received, but we didn't receive our cylinder yet

We booked a cylinder on 15/04/17 but still we didn't received the cylinder yet. We received a message as cylinder was delivered on 24/05/17 and subsidy was received with reference to memo 10033, but we still didn't receive cylinder yet. We approached the agency, but there is no proper response from them and they are speaking harsh. So kindly take severe action on the gas agency and deliver cylinder to us. Thanks in advance.
