I, Onkar Singh want to bring to your notice that My present LPG connection is registered with my father's name Sri Bansraj Ram with the consumer no. CG-5657 registered at City Gas Service, Champia colony, Sidhgora Jamshedpur. I have already submitted the required documents for transferring the connection to my name about two months ago. Still, no action has been taken in this connection. It's a kind request to you to look in to this matter and resolve my problem at the earliest so that I can register my self for the DBTL scheme.
