[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Form 4 subsidy form not accepted for LPG

Dear BPCL, My self Anil Singh and i have visited to your distributor Chitra gas services for filling the form 4 adhar card and bank details for subsidy in my account, but they have not accepted my form due to on govt id name is Anil Kumar Singh and on gas connection it is Anil Kumar, and after that they have suggested to fill the KYC form for adition to Sir name in gas copy, i have filled the same but your executive Mr Sunil mob no [protected] have demanded rs 500 for updation, same was also given to him, and still they are not giving me the resolution after 4 days, so please resolve the same and asked to him why not accepting the such documents and taking the money from under table, still not getting the proper resonce.
