Dear Sir, My connection no:4278.Ibooked a cylinder online on 2/12/14.My booking id[protected].I am yet to receive the cylinder from Lakshmi gas agency Thanjavur.My effort to contact the agency at[protected] proved futile since no-body responded to my calls and hence this complaint.This is not the first time.So please do the needful early.
