Bharat Matrimony — assisted services with relationship manager is worst

P1676051 - Complaint - Assisted matrimony is a SCAM - Please pay me Refund + compensation for mental harrasment

I am officially advising you to stop working on my profile and pay me refund and compensation for the whole harrasment that I have gone through

I am very dis-appointed with the service I have got in the past 20 days from your Relationship Manager Anam Khan.

1. She showed me so many false hopes and induced me in every way to make payment to get the assisted matrimony service

2. Before taking the service, I asked her that I want a girl in Brisbane city preferably
(so that we can easily meet few times)
but if we can't then I am happy to consider full state Queensland.
She replied - don't worry sir, we will find the girl for you in Brisbane only. You just go ahead and take our service.

3. I asked her that I am veg and I shall prefer a veg girl but I can also consider non-veg if needed.
She said - Sir, why you need to take non-veg girl ? We will find veg girl for you

4. I asked her that I want a simple hindu girl and I don't want highly qualified girl or high standard girl.
She said - Sir, don't worry. Maine abhi rishta karwaya hai USA ka ladka tha and he wanted a poor girl. So, jaisi aapko ladki chahiye, waisi hi milegi. Aap bas payment kariye aur service activate karwaiye.

5. I asked her that I prefer Punjabi girl but I can also consider any North Indian state.
She replied - Don't worry Sir. We will find a Punjabi hindu girl for you.

6. I asked her that I don't see so many such profiles on your website.
She said - Sir, you can see limited profiles, but we got access to so many other profiles. I got so many profiles as per your preference but I can't do anything until you get our assisted service. So, don't worry and make the payment.
I said - Yes, you guys have so many websites like bharat matrimony, baniya matrimony, divorcee matrimony, hindi matrimony, punjabi matrimony etc.
[just to note here that she never contradicted this thing whereas I was thinking that it is very hard me to search all those websites and so a Relationship Manager will be an expert to get the best out of each]

7. Above are just few examples how she kept on talking with me for hours and hours and she totally did my mind-wash to pay my hard-earned money for no use.

8. She clearly didn't do any homework and just kept on making false promises one after the other to persuade me to every possible extent to get the assisted matrimony service

9. Whereas her team member Pushpam was talking with some sincerity but Anam was so aggressive and excited that she totally influenced my thinking state and didn't let me to take wise decision

10. I asked her that I am really surprised that she was so confident about finding a girl that I want.
She said - Sir, Hum saara din yahi kam karte hain, aap chinta mat karo. Aap bas service activate karwao.

11. She kept on using every weapon until I fell for it and in the end, I told her that I wouldn't have gone for it but I was just making payment because of her service that she was so enthusiastic about finding a desired girl for me.

12. Please listen to the calls on 08th Sept 2018 and you would find many more things that I didn't mention here.

13. There was a small problem while making the payment but her excitement continued. She just wanted to get the payment on her end. And the minute, she could see it, she just changed. The same lady who was talking for hours and hours, just hung up within a minute. But I just ignored it.

14. I never realized that now it was my turn to chase her and call her everytime

15. Most of times she won't pick up but if she did, she usually says - main aapko call karney hi waali thi

16. I am not saying here that she never called me but I never got the expected service. Even for the welcome call, I rang her few times

17. And to my surprise, she said that she will only give me 3 profiles every week.
- Why you didn't tell me that before taking the service

18. She told me that she will search across only two websites bharat matrimony and community matrimony and send me profiles.
- it was again another surprise for me because in just one shot she put a cross on many websites whom I was thinking and she said it very easily because it didn't affect her at all

just two websites I can easily search myself. I don't need to pay you for that.

19. I rang her Manager Waseem Ahamad to say hello and requested him to be in touch with me and to keep an eye to see how it is working but he never bothered about it nor did he give me any call

20. There were more surprises waiting for me. The three profiles that Anam promised to send me weekly were just random pick up . Firstly, I would have already seen them on website and secondly they were never according to my choice.
There are definitely thousands of random profiles on your website as it is a very big platform. But it doesn't mean that you just pick up and send any three.

21 She just wants to talk on Mondays only. So, if on the first monday she sends the 3 profiles, she will talk about them only on next Monday. Then only I could tell her that I already knew those profiles.
Once she replied on second Monday - Next Monday, I shall send you another three.

22. And after I finish talking with her, I always think - Now, my whole week has gone. Its wasted.
and if I ring her in between the week, its of no use at all.

23. So, it is very easy for her to jump from one week to second and from second to third.
Clearly, She is just doing time pass and thats not what I have paid for.

24. She never acknowledges customer's emotions nor she tries to understand customer's point of view.
After I had made the payment, I never found the same excitement and motivation in her voice on any single day. She always sound negative and de-motivated saying - Sir, your choice very limited. I don't find any such profiles. I can give you profiles of South Indian girls instead.
- I told you my partner preference well before making the payment. Instead of doing any homework, you just wanted to rob me off.

25. I sent so many messages, emails over the weekend to her manager Waseem Ahamad but he never replied when he came to work on Monday.

26. Clearly, it was a scam and she seems to be experienced enough to play such fraud games

27. Now, the next options for me
- Please don't apologize to me. I don't need your apologies but my money and compensation,
USD 1000
- Please don't ask me to change Rel. Mgr to continue because you don't have such profiles. I can easily get such girl from India but I paid you to find one in Brisbane.

28. I shall go every extra mile to get my money.
If you refuse it, then the only option for me will be :
to file a legal suit against you (in which case, the compensation will be much higher)
and talk to Indian national media and news papers (I am already talking to 3 of those and I promise you free publicity in India and abroad until the legal battle will come to an end)

28. I hope you won't repeat the mistake of your relationship manager and talk to me without doing any homework and calculating opportunity cost. Please also consider special benefits and facilities to NRIs by Indian govt.
