[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Auto debit form credit card without information/activation | |||||
I had initially registered an account for my brother with bharat (Kannada) matrimony. Matrimony id k1526482. Had initially payed for 6 months subsription only today on 30/04/2017 (After 6 months have completed). I am surprised to see an email about transaction of rs.3, 780.00 made on sbi credit card xx6582 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at citrus pay bharatmatri on 30 apr 17. This is not authorized by me. Kindly help me in getting refund for the same. And how to go about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We already tried had taken premium membership thrice and has not be of any use. So that is the reason, we did not want to extend the membership, but this customer care, caller are pain at the wrong place.
