I have enrolled for 3 months membership and paid 3700/- and executive told me that daily you can see 5 new profiles of your preference but here im continuously checking the profiles i can see only repeated profiles which is not relevant to my preference.
I spoke to customer care executive Swati, she is really unprofessional and continuously repeating and asking me to check the profiles. But im trying to explain the issue that im not finding any profiles of my partner preference she is not understanding and denied to refund the amount.
Please note: I want to cancel the account and want refund, i just dont want to waste the amount .
