I wanted to bring to your attention that i have been told that i will get a full access to 4 regional sites (Telugu matrimony, caste no bar, reddy and kamma) as part of assisted service. I have made payment £188.90 on 31/may/2018. I don't have permission to send interest/respond on teleugumatrimony, reddy, caste no bar site. Its asking additional payment for regional sites.
I have contacted following members who was involved in selling assisted service.

I have not received any response for last 12 days. It’s very disappointing that i got cheated by assisted service department. I got feeling that assisted service members just misguiding members to secure payment.
Key issues:-
1. Relationship manager (Rm) not yet been assigned for last 12 days
2. User accounts not yet created for 4x regional matrimony sites (Telugumatrimony, caste no bar, reddy) for last 12 days
3. False sales pitch or promises to reach sales target end of the month
4. Assisted service members (Sravanthi, shashikiran) are not reachable for last 12 days or no response for last 12 days for any email or phone calls.
5. Lost the trust on assisted services
It’s very disappointing that rm has not been assigned for last 12 days and no access to regional sites. Hence, i lost trust on assisted service. I have been chasing for refund of full amount £188.90 for last 12 days
I am now considering consumer forum and social media to highlight deficiency of assisted service and unprofessional approach.
