[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — even after payment not able to get view the contact details.

I had made payment on - 24 april 2018 as a premium member for 6 months and on 26th april they say that i have viewed all 120 contact numbers and my package is finished. I locked a request and they are only saying you have used all your contact details. Complaint number is 18267061. I tried reaching them multiple times and every time i get the same reply this will resolve in 5 days or next 2 days. But every time new tech pick the phone and bring the same story. Today, Dated 04.05.2018, some lady called me and gives me suggestion about my personal choice, what i should do that was my decision, who is that lady to give suggestion. She is telling me to remove account from matrimony site. It is my personal choice.

Please recruit some educated executives, so that they know the manners of how to behave.
