I had initially taken a service of classic of $108.30 and was waiting for it but dint go through even after a few hours. The money was transacted on my credit card. When i called customer service they want to upgrade my package and re sell me something new. I was reluctant and kind of worried to make a new payment until i got the old one back. But he insisted that he knew everything possible in the process from his “5 years experience”. I was proved wrong to believe him. He gave me a premium membership for a year for $202 and said they’ll refund me back my $108.30. The next day i get a call from another agent who said the premium package i’m paying is too less and have to pay $180 more to compensate it. I denied payment as i had a written email telling me about my premium membership amount and a promise to refund my initial payment. He did not bother me again.
I then followed up with the agent and his manager for over a month with a lot of from and to emails and they seemed to be least bothered. A company as big as you having such cheap service needs a lot to look into.
I am even now sending emails to the manager and the agent who was involved and they are not helping with anything. All they do is try and push it to another team.
