I have been called by pawan, executive of your company. He had made several calls by assuring that your profile has got good responses and will help you in finding good match. When i purchased the membership of 6 months there were 5-6 matches most of were inactive profiles and i have not paid for inactive profiles. He asked me to contact customer helpline team because he said he cannot do anything now. I have made several calls to customer service few of them were ended on hold, out of which one executive told me that i have updated your profile you will get active profiles after an hour. Nothing got changed i got similar inactive profiles. I had called again to helpline where i asked her to check yourself that how many matches are available for my profile, she said 6. Your team should not had called me if you don’t have profile according to my matches. I have not given money for 6 profiles or inactive profiles, i had raised a complaint but know one called me whenever i call they said team will call you. You all are making a fool of me. I am pathetic and don’t want to be with you. I request you to refund my money which is ₹3000 because it was taken in false note and you don’t have profiles according to my search.
