[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Issue on upgrading the profile

Hi,

I have been cheated by one of the tele caller executive of bharathmatrimony one mr. Thomas ([protected]). On october 15th i got a call from him and asked me about upgrading the profile of my brother, anand (E2967458) and informed me that there was an offer for upgrading this profile. But i replied that i do not want upgrade anand's profile and i want to upgrade another profile adarsh (E3557652) at that time. Then he told me to upgrade anand profile and after that he can transfer this to adarsh profile within 48 hours. I made the payment same day itself and even after 12 days now, the transfer is not yet done. And the person (Thomas) is not picking up the call also. I have contacted multiple offices of kerala matrimony and no one is ready to help.

Now i want to transfer the the upgradation immediately to adarsh's profile. Please do needful to resolve this issue.
