Regarding the discrepancies that you had faced with our services, we apologize once again for the unpleasant experience you had.
We have checked the attachments and found that the profiles "B2458104" and "B2469722" has not verified their phone number and hence we regret, if the member has not verified their phone number, they would not be able to access the profile and the profile will be temporarily blocked.
Hence, those profile will be not display in our site.
Basically this is a online service and we need supporting documents to validate your statement. Hence, we request you to kindly revert us with the exact screenshot and chat conversation, so that we can check and proceed further.
Further, regarding the receipt of fake profiles, we would like to inform you that we do monitor all the profiles while including it in our database and if we come across such profiles, we will immediately take necessary action against the profile.
Besides, we would like to keep you informed that, we do have our validation process where we do not check the integrity of the profile before addition to the database, only a basic content validation is performed to ensure that is there is no defamatory / blasphemous content.
Character verification and the profile verification has to be done by the interested members themselves.
