I have availed Assisted Services from the website by a paying a substantial amount wherein the primary service was to provide a Relationship Manager. It has been around 10 days and the team has not reached out to me. Further, the most unfortunate part is I have raised a format complaint with Complaint No BM20341630.
The Customer Care Executives from different teams (that include Siva from Payment Assist and Anand and Mounika from Customer Service ) have been promising arranging callbacks and fake assurances that the issue has been escalated but to no avail.
I am definitely going to caution my network of friends about this fraudulent practices and would definitely make sure the BM becomes more sensitive to customer service and deliver what they charge huge amounts for.
I clearly request a refund of the complete amount.
