I became a paid member of your esteemed matrimonial site on 13.04.2018 through your employee mr. Ravi kant srivastava witha assurance that rs. 800.00 shall be refunded with in a week time from your making payment of rs. 3600.00 through online. It is regretted to note that more than 03 weeks have been passed but refunded amount has not been credited in my account as on date. For this i have requested to mr.
