Dear sir, i surya narayan das father of manaswini das, bharat matrimony id:y 861976 had transfered amt. 4300/- for renewal charges of classic advantage from my corporation bank a/c. Through bharat matrimony side. Corpnet ref. No:[protected] on dt:04/04/2018. I had also received a message "thank you, your transaction has been successfully initiated. Awaiting checker to authorize the transaction" from bharat matrimony side. But amt. 4300/- has not received them. They have not renued my daughter"s profile. Please solve my problem.
