Bharat Matrimony — Photo album and videos

Hi Sir/Madam,

We booked a marriage event photography that is held on 30th November, 2019 with your Telugu matrimony, Begumpet, Hyderabad. The event is booked on 29th June, 2019. We paid an amount of Rs.1, 20, 000 out of Rs.1, 54, 000. 1st preview of album was sent on 21st March, 2020. I asked for some corrections in the album templates and videos which were no where near the promised quality or standards in terms of design. Mr. Suresh contacted me and asked us to come to their office at begumpet for album corrections saying that he would provide a senior designer and would make sure that all the corrections would be accommodated before they print the albums. Yesterday I visited Telugu matrimony photography office at Begumpet with my daughter to help your staff with some corrections in the album, and all we received is disrespect towards the customer which made us walk out of the office feeling humiliated. While we were telling corrections to designer Ms. Mounika, I received a call from Mr. Suresh and he told "OUR STAFF IS FEELING DISCOMFORT", which is completely a misguided lie concocted by Ms. Lavanya. Listening to his inappropriate statement, I left that place immediately with my daughter telling Mr. Suresh "Then do whatever you wish to do". If helping your staff by providing the feedback to do their job best who do not deliver what they promise during the payment is inappropriate then we do not want to have any further correspondence with such a service provider who does not care about customer. If this how a customer is treated, then I would never ever recommend such a lame and pathetic organisation to anybody else. In addition we were told by Ms. Lavanya that customers take whatever we provide them. Is this your service motto? To throw whatever lame half baked work your employees do out of laziness and say that we as customers should accept whatever is shoved in our face with no absolute quality or promise that you speak of while payment.

If there is anyone who felt “discomfort” during this whole one year process of working with your team is us who spent our money and energy on such an organisation which has no value for customer or their satisfaction. We felt extremely discomfortable trying multiple times to escalate the matters to get things done which were promised in first place.

Also we faced a lot of inconvenience and trouble from "Ms. Lavanya" right from the beginning. She was our main point of contact and we received the worst possible treatment from her by delaying the service and when delivering we were only disappointed with whatever was provided. She was always rude and never polite to the customer and she created a mess today by making a call to Mr. Suresh and misguided him. Mr. Suresh should know better than making such statements before checking with anyone else as to what was happening since he was not present in the office. It was Mr. Suresh who requested us to come to your office promising us that they would accommodate the corrections and deliver what was promised to us in first place.

We tolerated your unprofessionalism to date, but will not moving forward. We came to the office as requested by Mr. Suresh to help your staff with corrections by taking out time. Owing to the incompetence of your staff, we had to interfere in providing constructive feedback to the initial draft by coming to your office and collaborating with your staff for more than half-a-day. We were told that the staff was inconvenient to handle the corrections of the initial abysmal work. With my 26 year old daughter being a working professional, I absolutely do not understand the inconvenience we created. Is doing your job an inconvenience? Or are you trying to paint your incompetence as discomfort?

Me and my daughter spent more than half a day in your office trying to provide all the corrections to get the albums right, and this is just half of it. We were provided videos which were edited in the worst possible fashion with zero efforts to eliminate awkward moments or edit them. We were yet to get to the videos and even before half of the corrections are done this is the kind of response we got from your so-called senior designers. It either shows their incompetence to do their job or laziness to slap whatever they haphazardly put together on us to just get rid o[censored]s.

A wedding album or a video should remind people of the good times but all we can think of when we see the videos or the pics you provided is the hassle and the rude treatment we endured by your staff at every step of this process. It is with greatest disappointment that we walked out of your office yesterday knowing that my daughter’s wedding album was ruined because we trusted your organisation to do this job.

We are utterly disappointed with the service so far and expect below actions from you:

Remove Lavanya from any further correspondence and provide a written apology for her unprofessional behavior.
Mr. Suresh will provide a written statement that their staff is incompetent to deliver what was promised and an apology for wasting our time by asking us to come down to your office and making me and my daughter feel uncomfortable with his statements
The printing will not be done until we are satisfied with the output. The drafts to-date are no-where close to the samples we were presented with during the demonstration. And your staff is not willing to take suggestions either, so you come up with a plan to deliver what was promised to us in first place.

Not complying with the above, you will have to refund all the amount paid to-date.

Very disappointed.

"THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAD".
Customers are not beggars, teach your staff how to behave with the customers first. If they cannot do their job properly please hire some capable staff who can.
