Bharat Matrimony — Regarding refund of rs16000 / - paid in view of assisted matrimony service

I am dr. Nishant gupta holder of profile no h5158285. I applied 
For assisted bharatmatrimony service 2 weeks back and paid 
Amount rs16000 / - as cash to your executive. I was assigned personal relationaship manager after 5 days of activating service. His name is sachin and his mobile no is [protected]. When he called me up he assured of sending some profiles to me every week on monday and will help getting connected to some profiles.  but i am very sorry to say that the response was very  pathetic from his side and your company. He never called  me up again. And when i called him back he said that he has left the job. I called up on your tolfree no many times and complained about all this nonsense and asked for refund of money but no body turned up till now and its very embarassing and shameful. At first i was talking to rita at chennai office and then today i again made a complaint regarding refund of my money to executive name mr. Preetum and he gave me the complaint no[protected] and he said that i will recieve a call back. But unfortunately i didnt recieved any calls from your side which compelled me to write this mail to you. I hereby request you yo refund me my money or else i will have to unfortunately escalate this matter to higher authorities and other people.

Without my knowledge, u have debited my account and done the renewal. Who authorised u all to do that..please show the courtesy to at least call the client and confirm before doing such thing.
I need my refund within this week orelse I will sue
