They have given reply that they are looking in to that. That is the same thing i am hearing.
They said they have refunded. I sent the statement showing no credit yet.

I paid rs.7400/-. After that, i got a message from bharatmatrimony like below.
As we discuss in call and chat you have already made the payment 7400 rs
For 6 month package. If you are going today twin package by paying
12000 rs i will activate twin till u marry package and i will refund
Your back to your account 7400 ra within 7 working days

Sir, my complaint is against your agent.His name is Azam and he is from Lucknow Branch.They gave me wrong information.And I've even cheated with me.Sir took my password and changed my profile details.
Caste community will never allow me to marry in the other race.
If I did this then the caste jury would punish me.
