[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — Subscriptions | |||||
The company frauds by not explaining the terms and conditions before making online payment. They automatically renew the subscriptions without getting approval from the authorized person. If the auto renewal will be done if we use credit or we are nri it should be informed and explained by the company. How can they use auto renewal will be done in terms and conditions section? How auto renewal will be the terms and condition? This is the option that customer has to choose. By default during payment the option has been checked. This shouldn't be the case. By default the auto renewal option should be unchecked and it shouldn't be part of terms and conditions also Was this information helpful? | |||||
