Regarding the refund of auto renewal payment charged towards the Matrimony ID T4381891 .
We would like to inform that while making the payment by selecting the credit card option the auto-renewal option will be enabled by default and the profile will be renewed with the same package and amount. Also we provide an option where you can check the same while making the payment.
Also, we had also provided an option as membership Details in the my Home page to switch OFF the Auto renewal facility. Since this facility was not switched off, it has been renewed automatically.
Further, we do send mail alerts 3 times (before - 1 month, 7 days, 24 hours) before the renewal of the profile to turn off the auto renewal.
Further more, we have mentioned this information in our Terms and conditions, which you have agreed to accept while registering the profile.
Further, we have checked and found that, you have utilized the paid membership services post auto renewal of your profile and hence, we regret to inform you that, we do not have the provision to cancel the payment.
We request you to kindly login to your profile and continue using the paid services to contact the interested members.

Updated by RamaVemuri Your reply is not at all satisfactory to me. How itcan be auto renewal when i specifically denied for auto renewal as you said i was not received anymail. Further please clarify when it is a cash transaction how you auto renew would you take cash from house with out my knowledge. Itis clearly cyber crime on your part and I don’t agree your usage and i am going to file
police case as well file criminal case if you don’t refund the amount
I did not use your site after the dispute arised as you informed
Further your people are disturbing me for renewal as you think you freely avail again another auto renewal. Please note that you cannot use my credit card as a thief and say it can’t be refunded i already cancelled that card and there no chance of you for theft of my money this time
Please note i will go to court and get the justice with this type of cheap tricks your organisation will not run further
Please clarify when we are taking the membershp for three months what is the need for autorenewal we could have opted for one year or life membership
Further you said auto renewal will be done for same package and same amount. In this you debited my account with Rs 6700/ as against an amount of Rs 4100/- which i paid for previously. when there is an increase of amount rs 2600/- how can you renew my membership with out my consent. I request you to refund as your action is not justified . If you don’t refund the amount I definitely go to the court and
police and can get the amount legally
Further please instruct your people not to contact me for renewal if they contact i will file nonsense case
