[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — Very bad service from Bharat Matrimony. Worst experience

Very much disappointed with the service of Bharat Matrimony.
We were not getting profiles according to our preferences hence when spoken to one of your customer care person yesterday, he denied to reveal his name. But spoke in a bad manner and assaulted me.He spoke vulger to me, thinking I am the profile person and asked for personal number, and he will share his.He threatened me saying the profile photo will be morphed. This type of service was never expected from Bharat Matrimony. I no more feel secured to keep my daughters profile in your portal.

On similar lines, the person who coordinated with me to book the profile and upgrade to Gold, her name is Meenakshi from Bangalore. When I called her to assist me for some help, she said she cannot help and started to become rude and started to use vulgar language against me( She used the F word). She directly said she cannot assist me as she has better works to do than helping us. We have recorded the conversation and we are ready to post it on any social media. And definitely this is not the kind of treatment we expected.

Who so ever is reading this, you know that this is a very sensitive matter for anyone searching for a bride or a groom. Highly disappointed with the worst service provided by Meenakshi.

Hence I have requested for a refund.

The person who spoke to me, whose name was not mentioned- his phone number is mentioned. Please check.

I have been using bharat matrimony since few years. Also had renewed premium services. I wanted to give one try and got my new account and 3 months gold pack. When I try to view matches contact app asks to pay another 2472rs and upgrade to gold membership. Now a days bharat matrimony confuses customer with different pack names and loots our money.
For my preference I get 60 profiles.but can view only 5 user contacts, when we call customer care will tell to send sms, for which no one will respond.
