Bharat Cargo Company or you can call it Balaji Cargo Company FRAUD company don't rely on them they are fake guys. There are bunch of #######s their head is Chouhan sitting I don't know some where, there will be a person Rathod sitting in Pune Mahavir Sitting somewhere they are looters.
They don't know how to pack people stuff.
They used direct duct tape while packing my brand new pulsar rs200 bike without bubble wrapped.
My brand new bike had zero scratch, I asked bharat packer to pick it up but later I got to know Balaji packer picked it up, So bharat cargo or Balaji Cargo picked up bike from Delhi and told it will be delivered to Pune in 4 days. But bike got delivered on 12th day. I was told bike got delivered Pune in 4 days but there was some issue because of which it took 12 days. When I had a look on bike, there were 15 scratches on all sides of brand new bike.
They were carrying it in a mini van attaching bike to one wall of van with ropes, I could see scratches being made from van wall.
They removed duct tapes from my bike that were used directly without bubble wrapped that removed and damages bike stickers.
My bike is now in horrible looks.
These choor s asked me to go to Bajaj showroom and take claim of loss.
I am frustrated running here and there in Bajaj service center to try getting claim and these frauds Chauhan, Mahaveer, Rathod, Rajendra are sitting somewhere in AC running their fraud business.
They are not picking my calls now and thy don't give a #### to customer once you pay them.
They are saying you should have asked for separate transportation insurance while making us payment.
Once Chouhan ####### said bike was already scratched.
Guyz if you seriously want you goods to be delivered in same condition don't try these *** holes.
I will attached my damaged bike pics in another post. Try brands like gati Agarwal or other, Bharat movers and Packers and Balaji Mover and Packers sucks.

The worst transport operator service I have ever come across. I am writing this to make other people aware so dat they are not fooled like how I have been fooled. At the time of hiring transport service I had asked them wen would I get d delivery of the items to which they replied that I will get it delivered on the same day probably by max 5pm in eve. Accordingly we had loaded luggage by 12 pm max in Aftn expecting luggage to reach by 7 pm max in d eve. However wen I reached Mumbai and I called them up to ask status of my luggage I came to know dat the tempo had not ommenced it's journey even by 7pm. After dat I called Mr. Dilip who gave me commitment dat I will get delivery by 1am at night. After struggling for d whole day for my luggage I again called them up at 11pm at night to ask d status and to my utter shock and tempo had left from Pune at 11pm at night. All patience was lost wen d driver called me up at 4am in d morng d next day and tld me dat we hve come for unloading and get d things unloaded. To add to all dis d driver is tellin me dat we will unload it now or else we wil go to godown and you collect it from there. And point to b noted while talking to a female the driver and his team were extremely rude. All in all hiring dis transport operator means paying a hefty price and in return getting only trouble in return. People hire packers and movers for convenience but hiring dis packer and mover only means hiring trouble.
Had 0 rating been possible, I would have given them a big zero rating. These people are only sitting there to make money and make people's life miserable. They only give u fake commitments so dat people hire them and after hiring them they show their true colors and behave as per their convenience and mood ignoring d fact that the customer has paid money for their services. They take a hefty money from u along with promising u dat d items will reach safely and timely. But none of d commitments given by them turned out to b true. All d items that they had dispatched were in damaged condition

Got the worst service ever. My bike was shipped from Chennai to Mumbai. It was kept in pune for 4 days. I had to come to Pune to receive the bike, only to see that it was ridden for over 300kms! Moreover, one mirror was broken, bike covered in dust, paint gone! And there wasn't any valid explanation for it to be ridden for over 300kms.
I had taken pics of the odometer. They argued that the odometer was faulty. A new Yamaha FZ250 bike damaged!
Worst service ever. Request you not to recommend this to anyone. Not sure that the bike was even packed before transportation. Scratches and damaged polish!

Request you to go for other packers and movers . The owner after knowing that I was into Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization asked me how to delete the negative comments and ratings. Mr. Rathore, who I was in touch with argued about the bad condition in which the bike was given to me.
My bike was driven by the workers under him and he argued for the same. Arrogant and not at all helpful !

I just recently used their service. Pathethic service . Plz contact me at [protected] to know their real face. Not recomemded at all.
The company, " Bharat Packers & Movers" pimpri pune headquatered is a big SCAM. They drive your bike while transportation. No packing at all. No manners to talk. Read all the reviews of this ### company at MOUTHSHUT as well as on this site. Really horrible experience. Worst nightmare of life.
Got my bike transferred from pune to sangli. Initially we fixed deal for x amount. When the guy went to my friends home at pune to pick the bike he asked for extra charges over fixed x amount. I was in sangli and had fixed the deal over phone. I had no choice and asked friend to pay extra money plus fixed deal x amount fully since it was urgent. Secondly the pune contact person told me that place of pick up would be in proper sangli and person in sangli team will give me call. I didn't receive any such call. After contacting 10 times the pune team gave me "CORRECT" sangli contact number ( else they gave me number which was not in service/switch off/ wrong number). The place of pick up was 10km outside sangli city. And last but not least I had to pay some amount extra again to pick up bike at sangli office.
This is really a choor company... Please do not trust this company... Fake promise... They will take money but wont deliver
- Promised me a door to door delivery, left the bike 70 kms from my house and told me we are not responsible
- Made me pay an additional 1000 for picking my bike
- Promised a 4 day delivery, took 14 days
- Bike was in the godown till the 9th day
- Bike was damaged (not greatly but minimal)
- The delivery guy was rude
- Bike was drained because it was kept in the godown, had to get the mechanic for help to the highway where the bike was left
- Called them 1000+ times but no one gives a dam once they take your money, they would cut my calls and if answered tell me its a wrong number
- Rude staff, rude managers in this company
- Pay double but take a reliable transport service like Gati, SafeExpress, Agarwal etc.
The worst I have ever dealt with.
