Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Bpcl bill desk refusal of payment | |
Sir, I made a transaction of Rs. 814/- towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[[protected]] through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill Desk. But at the end of the bpcl bill desk, they told money is not Credited. Therefore I had booked refill again through COD. My consumer no 27604555. I had lodged complaint to bhim upi customer care. They investigate of the matter and reply through mail that the transaction has done successfully. I attached some screen shot for your reference. I hope you attend this issue seriously.
