Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — BPCL refund not received | |
I tried to book a gas cylinder on Hello BPCL app on 14th july 2021. I made payment using Amazon pay upi. After making payment successfully, my order got failed on BPCL app. Its been more than 3 months, I have not been received my amount (Rs 853) yet. I have complained about this on BPCL customer care number many times, still I have not received any refund. Please help me to get my money. Hello I booked cylinder in hello BPCL app on 18/08/2022 and I paid through phone UPI mode payment got aborted amount deducted from my account in BPCL app it's showing refund success but still I didn't receive my amount to my account
