Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Cylinder not delivered still in online showing as delivered

Consumer No:- 35615
Sir bharat gas system automatically booked a cylinder for which I haven't received cylinder but in online it's showing delivered( the distributors have sold my subsidy cylinder illegally to someone) . So I complained to bpcl email through complaint no: #04013918 and case reference no. #04023007. But haven't rectified it yet in online.
