Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — facilities towards patient satisfaction | |||
I am having bharat gas consumer no.33461 at versa gas. I have booked for refill on dated 9.05.18 vide refill no.20685 and received sms for generating m. R. No. 28729 of rs.675/- on dated 24.05.18, then m. R. No. 32071 of rs.675/- dtd. 29.05.18 and then mr. No.32943 0f rs. 724.50 on dated 01.06.18.in spite of generating so many money receipts still i have not received my refill yet though it's almost one month is approaching from the date of booking. This type of problem is not happened this time, it is a regular problem for every month. To getting a refill from the said agencies i have to wait a month from the date of booking every month. This is the prompt service of petroleum and natural gas department under the most energetic, aggressive youth minister mr. Dharmendra pradhan.
