Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — for information and necessary action in the defective lpg, cylinder, explosion on, 14.10.17 at 97/d jenous rd. liluah rly colony howrah.

Sir,
I am very sorry to say but from 14.10.17 to till date it is more than 2 months the incident of defective lpg gas cylinder explosion was happened at above mentioned address. My wife with two children was not only suffered physical injury but mental shock and agony including myself. Your representative sri hrishikesh sarkar was previously in touch with us but now we are in totally dark about what is going on from your side regarding compensation. So i request you to take necessary action as early as possible to arrange a reliable compensation. Supporting document attached here with it.
