Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — I am complaining about delay in delivery | |||
Hi, I have booked my lpg on 25th january 2019. Today is 7th of jan 2019. They do not even pick up calls, i didn't get my cylinder yet, this is not the first time it happened, until we call the person for the same they do not deliver. I am a working women, i do not have this much of time to remind him each time about my booking. I have already registered a complain in your agency via the contact number [protected]. From the last ten days, we are using a mini cylinder that has been filled from market, we do not have a big financial back up that each time i will pay for both of these. I suggest you to do something about it, this is not really a big thing but to improve your organization you can at least, do it for the people.
