Dear sir, my name is jaya bhuyan. I am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari district-barpeta state-assam. I belongs to a bpl family. So i am able to get ujjawla connection. I have submitted all documents in 8th march 2017. But the agency is not release my connection till now. When i go to agency they slung me and said mother # and sexually abuse me. I have complaint so many times in bharat gas helpline number and my complaint numbers are 3309543, 3699425, 3699507, 3690178, 3679122,
