Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — inappropriate behaviour of staff

Incident took place at 1230 am on 10 august 2019, my car was punctured near forum mall and due to the long weekend there was heavy traffic in hosur main road, somehow i managed and drove until the bp bunk near madivala police station and parked the car near the air filling location without causing any difficulty for other cars to pass. All of a sudden the security comes and tells me i can't park over there, i request him let me check what happened and he started saying remove your car from here with no appropriate manners to talk and with very rude language. So i got irritated and asked him that i won't move the car let me check where the puncture shop is. For which he said it's on the opposite road and i could not drive for another 1km with my tyre completely punctured. When i requested him his response was so what the # should i do and get out from here. For this i responded i will not go and was looking for the puncture shop and then 5-6 staff came and started fighting verbally with me for that. This was unbelievable and unexpected that one mr pradeep started using foul language and claimed to be the manager of the bunk, he looked like he was drunk and so were some of the other staff. Later pradeep started saying this is not your land and other meanful things and asked me what can i do. Do what u want to do. I'll show u now. He started fighting and was so eager to pick up a brawl with me. For this even i also stood and argued with all the staff and asked them can't u not say in a decent way that i cannot park here. All of them were the rudest petrol bunk staff i have ever come across in my entire life. There has to be some action taken against these people or someday they will surely beat someone or start rowdism of such sort. It is necessary that the owner should take necessary action as none of them wore id cards so we don't even know if his name was pradeep. I request bpcl and the owner to look at the cctv footage and take a decision. Keeping such employees who don't care and humiliate customers will not only ruin the name of madival bp bunk but also result in public not using bpcl petrol bunks any more.
And also the name of the bunk is also not mentioned or distribuor is not mentioned anywhere which can be visualised for us to write a complaint to bpcl directly. This is really horrible and horrific that the staff in the bunk behaved like that especially mr pradeep who doesn't have any manners and has to really learn the lesson to be good to people and not to be drunk on duty. They didn't even realise that i had my family in my car and they literally pushed me into the car, my friend was shocked looking at this behaviour and she is an eyewitness to all of the above.
And to falsely claim that he is the manager.
It's very easily identifiable on the cctv the way he has reacted and i request the owner and bpcl to take care of this one.
