Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Mental torture regarding gas transfer | |||||
Hi My consumer number is 56800452. I shifted my home recently, my gas distributor was chand Bharat gas (code 113527). I submitted all documents to him to get the transfer papers. He transferred my connection to incorrect distributor (Shanti Gas service). When I visited with all documents to Shanti Gas service, they said I need to get my gas transferred to Aravali Gas service. They also mentioned if I pay 150/- they will transfer it within 1 day. Below are my queries: 1. Why did Chand Bharat gas transfer my account to incorrect distributor? 2. Why should I pay 150/- to Shanti Gas service to cover up Chand's blunder? 3. I spoke with your area manager dipak agarwal, he said he will transfer it by evening. It has been 10 days and it's still not done. The guy never even picks up his phone now. 4. I'm running out of gas, I need a gas cylinder on priority, how can that be arranged?
